Special event FAQ

Absolutely! We provide tailored shuttle services for special events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and other significant occasions. Whether you need a luxury vehicle for a wedding or several minivans for a corporate event, we have the resources to meet your needs.

TSB Shuttles can accommodate your event's scheduling. However, live customer service is available daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

 Our services are based on your specific instructions. Your guests can reserve an independent ride throughout the event with a private driver, rideshare driver, or group shuttle to-and-from your event.  

For all bookings, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit, especially for airport shuttle services. The deposit secures your reservation and is not refundable in case of cancellation. For other services, similar upfront fees may apply, and details can be provided at the time of booking.

While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, availability can vary. We recommend calling us as early as possible to ensure we can provide you with the service you need.

Beyond transportation, TSB Shuttles offers a variety of services to assist with your event's tasks or personal needs. These include running errands, providing companion care during the event, travel companions to or from the event, debris removal after an event, or one-on-one on-call services with the event planner or bride-and-groom as an add-on service fee. 

Typically, our car shuttle service can accommodate up to 4 passengers and one luggage per guest. If you have larger group travel needs or more extensive cargo needs, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Furthermore, an added vehicle rate for luggage only may be required.
