  • What are your business hours?

    TSB Shuttles operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. We are available to assist you with bookings, inquiries, and support through phone, email, text, and Facebook Messenger during these hours.

  • How do I reserve a ride?

     You can reserve a ride by calling us at (410) 671-5372, emailing TSBShuttles@gmail.com, or via Facebook Messenger. Our reservation lines are open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., and our team is ready to assist you in scheduling your transportation.

  • What is the maximum cargo capacity for a shuttle?

    Typically, our shuttles can accommodate up to 4 passengers along with their luggage. If you have larger groups or more extensive cargo needs, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For all bookings, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit, especially for airport shuttle services. The deposit secures your reservation and is not refundable in case of cancellation. For other services, similar upfront fees may apply, and details can be provided at the time of booking.

  • Can I request a specific driver or vehicle?

    Yes, you can request specific drivers, including Sherlene, or any of our other skilled drivers based on availability. We also offer a diverse fleet of vehicles ranging from luxury cars to minibuses to suit different preferences and needs.

  • Do you offer services for special events?

    Absolutely! We provide tailored shuttle services for special events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and other significant occasions. Whether you need a luxury vehicle for a wedding or several minivans for a corporate event, we have the resources to meet your needs.
