Can I request a specific driver?
Yes, we allow clients to request specific drivers if they have a preference, subject to availability.
Are your drivers insured?
Absolutely. All of our drivers are fully licensed and insured, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
Why is there a deposit for my passenger ride?
A one-way deposit is required for most long-distance trips (over 45 miles) or upon discretion. Standard reserved car service requires a minimum deposit of $50. For your convenience, we accept cash, charge card, or electronic payments. Please let us know if you require a paper receipt. Otherwise, you will receive an email or text receipt.
Do you offer shuttle services for corporate events?
Yes, we provide comprehensive shuttle services tailored for corporate events, including conferences, meetings, and company retreats.
Can I reserve transportation service to a wedding?
Certainly, we offer specialized wedding group shuttle to one-person travel services to accommodate on the big day. On your wedding day, our unique customer service will accommodate your wedding party and/or guests as specified.
What is the cancellation policy for driver services?
Our reserved car vehicle cancellation policy requires a minimum of five days' notice before the scheduled service, without penalty. Reserved group vehicle or shuttle service minimum modifications are accepted up to three days before the scheduled service without any penalty if there are no changes in group count or size of reserved vehicle requests. Reserved charter bus, minivan, or passenger van shuttle service require a cancellation notification of 10 business days without cost or penalty.
